Atlas is the optional property risk intelligence layer inside the SnapLine platform. Enable it, and commercial property submissions are enriched with external intelligence drawn from more than 50 trusted data sources — and from the data you already own. SnapLine’s core job is submission ingestion; Atlas is what you add when you want more.
Atlas assembles a complete risk picture for every location: current valuation and estimated replacement cost, ownership and related portfolio holdings, building characteristics and occupancy, catastrophe and peril exposure, local crime and infrastructure context, and geospatial intelligence down to emergency response times.
Every insurer configures Atlas to its own operating model. Use SnapLine’s curated enrichment data, plug in your proprietary datasets, connect third-party commercial providers you already license, draw from internal underwriting systems — or combine all of them. Atlas is an enrichment engine, not a locked data product.
Enrichment only matters if it changes the decision. Atlas intelligence feeds directly into risk scoring, triage and pricing: valuation gaps flagged as potential underinsurance before quote, accumulation visible at portfolio level, hazard exposure surfaced before the line is put down. The underwriter opens a submission that already answers the questions that used to take hours of lookups.
Drawn from 50+ external sources — combined with your proprietary data, third-party providers, and internal underwriting systems, in any configuration.

Atlas is an integrated, optional capability of the SnapLine platform — no separate system to run, and never mandatory. Most customers start with submission ingestion alone, passing structured data straight into their existing systems, and enable Atlas if and when they want enrichment.
Valuations and replacement costs, price per square foot, sale history, ownership and portfolio links, building characteristics, occupancy, construction, catastrophe exposure (flood, windstorm, wildfire where available), crime statistics, nearby hazards and industrial facilities, distances and estimated response times for fire and police, local infrastructure, surrounding exposure, geospatial intelligence and portfolio aggregation insights.
Yes. Atlas combines SnapLine’s curated sources with your proprietary data, third-party commercial providers, and internal underwriting systems — in any combination, configured to your operating model.
Atlas draws from live external sources at enrichment time and is monitored with ongoing QC checks; source-level provenance is retained so underwriters can see where every data point came from.
